Operations Analyst

Responsibilities: • Analyze operations and processes to identify areas of improvement and develop solutions • Use data visualization tools such as Tableau to present insights and findings • Make data-driven decisions that align with the organization’s goals and objectives • Work with stakeholders across departments to ensure operational best practices are being followed • Develop and document operational policies and procedures • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness • Develop reports and presentations to communicate findings • Track progress and ensure deadlines are met • Provide training and support to staff on operational processes and procedures
