  1. Develop and execute strategies to drive Microsoft product sales in the West territory.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities for business development.
  3. Stay updated on the latest developments and updates in the Microsoft product landscape and use this knowledge to inform sales strategies.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling and competitive proposals for clients.
  5. Meet and exceed sales goals and targets set by the company.
  6. Cultivate a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively pitch and promote them to clients.
  7. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
  8. Act as a subject matter expert on Microsoft products and provide guidance and training to the sales team.
  9. Keep accurate records of sales and client interactions using the company's CRM system.
  10. Continuously identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates on sales activities, challenges, and successes.
  12. Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and partners.
  13. Continuously strive to improve and refine sales strategies to achieve better results.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Sales Experience And Proven Track Record: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Technology Industry. They Should Have A Strong Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Microsoft Products And Services: The Business Development Manager Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Microsoft's Products And Services, Including Office 365, Azure, And Dynamics 365. This Knowledge Will Be Essential In Driving Successful Partnerships And Identifying New Business Opportunities.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Business Development Manager, The Candidate Will Be Required To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients, Partners, And Internal Teams. Therefore, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Necessary For Effective Collaboration And Negotiation.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Candidate Should Be A Strategic Thinker With The Ability To Identify Market Trends And Potential Opportunities. They Should Also Possess Strong Problem-Solving Skills To Address Challenges And Obstacles In The Sales Process.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Or Related Field: A Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field Is Typically Required For This Role. A Higher Degree Such As An Mba Is Preferred And Can Provide A Competitive Edge. This Educational Background Demonstrates A Strong Foundation In Business Principles And Practices.
