Manager, Events and Experience

We are looking for an experienced and creative Manager, Events and Experience to join CDW's marketing team. In this role, you will develop and drive high-impact events and experiences that support our company’s goals and objectives. The ideal candidate for this position will be an innovative thinker with a passion for creating memorable experiences and a knack for detail-oriented project management.To be successful as our Manager, Events and Experience, you should have a minimum of five years of hands-on event planning experience, a proven track record of success in producing events and experiences, and a strong understanding of marketing best practices. You should also have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a positive attitude and the ability to work effectively with a diverse set of stakeholders. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategies for creating high-impact events and experiences that support our company’s goals and objectives.
2. Manage the planning and execution of all events and experiences, including setting timelines, budgets, and objectives.
3. Oversee vendors and suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure the quality of all services provided.
4. Monitor event performance and provide detailed post-event reports to stakeholders.
5. Utilize marketing best practices to ensure maximum engagement and value for all events and experiences.
6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all events and experiences.
7. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to ensure events and experiences remain innovative and impactful.
8. Maintain a positive attitude and effective communication with all stakeholders.
9. Manage all event-related administrative tasks, such as scheduling, budgeting, and documentation.
