Job Description

Are you an experienced negotiator with a passion for closing deals? CDW is looking for a Manager of Contract Negotiations who is eager to join our team and help us drive deals with our customers.We’re looking for a creative problem-solver who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and is able to handle a variety of contract negotiation tasks. The ideal candidate will have an excellent understanding of the legal and financial aspects of contract negotiations, a strong ability to build relationships with customers, and a drive to get the best possible deal for CDW.If you have experience in contract negotiations, a background in sales or business development, and an eye for detail, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Negotiate contracts with customers, managing the legal, financial, and operational elements of the process.
  2. Foster relationships and build rapport with customers.
  3. Analyze and assess customer needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  4. Identify and address potential points of contention between CDW and customers.
  5. Develop and recommend strategies to optimize the negotiation process.
  6. Utilize creative problem-solving methods to resolve conflicts or challenges.
  7. Monitor and track negotiations to ensure they are in compliance with company policies.
  8. Facilitate communication between internal teams and customers.
  9. Provide guidance and support to team members throughout the negotiation process.
  10. Ensure that all contracts meet CDW’s standards and objectives.
