CDW is seeking an experienced Digital Ed Tech Sales Operations professional to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital sales operations and a passion for educational technology. The successful applicant will be responsible for leading and driving initiatives that will help drive CDW's success in the education technology market.The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications: an understanding of digital sales operations, proven success in sales operations management, knowledge of the education technology market, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.We are looking for a creative and dynamic individual who is excited to join our team and help us to be successful in this rapidly evolving industry. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective sales operations strategies to drive CDW's success in the educational technology market.
  2. Monitor and analyze sales operations performance and suggest improvements.
  3. Create and manage sales operations budgets.
  4. Maintain relationships with stakeholders and vendors.
  5. Identify new digital education technology opportunities and develop strategies for their successful implementation.
  6. Manage the day-to-day operations of the sales team and ensure team members are meeting goals and objectives.
  7. Develop marketing materials and campaigns to support sales operations initiatives.
  8. Provide training and support to sales and operations teams.
  9. Monitor customer service levels and satisfaction.
  10. Keep up to date with industry trends and developments.
