
Cisco Call Manager Engineer, TS/SCI
CDW is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cisco Call Manager Engineer with a TS/SCI clearance to join our team. - Design and implement Cisco Call Manager solutions for clients, ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and support existing Cisco Call Manager systems, troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide recommendations for customized Cisco Call Manager solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Cisco Call Manager, staying up-to-date on industry trends and advancements.
- Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure timely and successful delivery of Cisco Call Manager projects.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and other team members, ensuring their professional growth and development.
- Conduct thorough testing and documentation of Cisco Call Manager systems to ensure functionality and stability.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to provide updates, gather requirements, and resolve issues.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and optimization of Cisco Call Manager systems, processes, and procedures.
- Maintain a TS/SCI clearance and adhere to all security protocols and regulations in accordance with company and client policies.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Designing, Implementing, And Maintaining Cisco Unified Communications Manager (Cucm) Systems.
Active Ts/Sci Security Clearance.
Strong Knowledge And Experience With Cisco Uc Technologies, Including Cucm, Unity Connection, And Unified Contact Center Express (Uccx).
Cisco Certified Network Professional (Ccnp) Collaboration Certification Or Higher.
