- Design and implement Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) solutions for clients.
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing CUCM environments for clients.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their communication needs and provide customized solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Cisco call routing, voice gateways, and collaboration technologies.
- Conduct regular performance assessments and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Create and maintain documentation for CUCM solutions and configurations.
- Provide technical support to clients and assist with any issues or questions related to CUCM.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Continuously seek out and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of CUCM solutions.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in unified communications to provide innovative solutions to clients.
- Collaborate with other engineers and technical experts to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Communicate project status and updates to clients and management.
- Train and mentor junior engineers on CUCM best practices and procedures.

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Designing, Implementing, And Maintaining Cisco Call Manager Solutions.
Cisco Certified Network Professional (Ccnp) Or Higher Certification In Collaboration.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Unity Connection, And Other Related Cisco Collaboration Technologies.
Strong Troubleshooting Skills And Ability To Identify And Resolve Complex Technical Issues Related To Cisco Call Manager.
