  1. Manage and optimize CDW's AI platform to ensure its smooth operation and maximum efficiency for clients.
  2. Monitor and maintain the performance of the AI platform, identifying and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve the functionality and scalability of the AI platform.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and features into the AI platform.
  5. Stay updated on the latest advancements and developments in AI technology to continuously improve the platform.
  6. Train and support end-users on how to effectively use the AI platform.
  7. Develop and maintain documentation and guidelines for the AI platform.
  8. Manage user access and permissions for the platform.
  9. Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
  10. Conduct regular audits and performance assessments of the AI platform.
