Visual Merchandiser

CB2 is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for arranging our products in creative and visually appealing displays that will help drive sales and increase brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for color, texture, and detail, as well as a strong understanding of merchandising principles and the ability to effectively communicate with store personnel. Our Visual Merchandiser should have a passion for design, an understanding of current trends, and the enthusiasm to help CB2’s products look their best.

Responsibilities:

1. Design visually appealing product displays that align with CB2 brand guidelines.
2. Ensure product displays reflect current trends and capture customer attention.
3. Plan and manage product placement within store, taking into account customer flow, competitive placement, and product visibility.
4. Maintain product displays, replenishing and rotating as needed.
5. Evaluate store layouts and suggest changes to optimize customer engagement.
6. Create floor plans and signage for product displays.
7. Assist store personnel with product placement, restocking, and inventory management.
8. Monitor customer feedback and adjust product displays accordingly.
9. Develop creative strategies to maximize brand awareness and sales.
10. Collaborate with store personnel to create an inviting shopping experience.
