Sustainability Coordinator

CB2 is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Sustainability Coordinator to join our team! We are looking for an individual who is committed to driving sustainability initiatives, from research to implementation, to help us reduce our environmental impact and improve our sustainable practices.The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of sustainability best practices, experience in sustainability research and project management, and a commitment to fostering a culture of sustainability within the workplace. They should be organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication and creative problem-solving skills.This person must be able to work both independently and collaboratively with different departments and teams to ensure our sustainability goals are met. Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and manage sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental impact and improve sustainability practices.
2. Conduct research on current sustainability best practices and trends, and develop strategies to incorporate them into our operations.
3. Monitor and evaluate the progress and effectiveness of sustainability initiatives.
4. Collaborate with different departments and teams to ensure sustainability goals are met.
5. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for sustainability projects.
6. Prepare reports and presentations on sustainability initiatives.
7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of sustainability news and trends.
8. Foster a culture of sustainability within the workplace.
9. Develop and implement education and awareness programs to promote sustainability.
10. Monitor and evaluate the impact of sustainability initiatives.
