Quality Assurance Specialist

We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist who has a sharp eye for detail to join our growing team at CB2. You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance standards, conducting regular tests, and ensuring that our products are of the highest quality. If you’re a dedicated professional who can spot the smallest of discrepancies and are passionate about quality assurance, we want to hear from you!To be successful in this role, you should have a solid understanding of quality assurance processes and techniques, as well as experience with both manual and automated testing. You should be organized, analytical, and have excellent problem solving skills. We’d also like to see a passion for quality assurance and a keen eye for detail. Above all, you should be able to work well in a team and be able to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement quality assurance standards
2. Conduct regular tests to ensure product quality
3. Troubleshoot and identify discrepancies in products
4. Monitor KPIs to ensure compliance with quality standards
5. Provide feedback and recommendations on product quality and improvement
6. Create and maintain detailed documentation of quality assurance processes
7. Utilize both manual and automated testing tools
8. Maintain a good understanding of quality assurance processes and techniques
9. Identify potential quality risks and develop strategies for mitigating those risks
10. Work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders
