Job Description

At CB2, we are looking for an experienced, motivated Procurement Coordinator to join our team and help us take our supply chain operations to the next level. As a Procurement Coordinator, you will be responsible for negotiating the best terms and prices for our purchases, managing relationships with vendors, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods.The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record in procurement and be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects at once. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with a range of vendors. Responsibilities:

  1. Negotiate the best terms and prices for purchases.
  2. Manage relationships with vendors.
  3. Ensure the timely delivery of goods.

  6. Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings.
  7. Research potential vendors to identify the most competitive prices and terms.
  8. Monitor inventory levels and adjust ordering schedules accordingly.
  9. Maintain accurate records of purchases and payments.
  10. Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  11. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth procurement processes.
  12. Train and mentor junior colleagues.
  13. Keep up to date with industry developments and best practices.
  14. Utilize procurement software to manage procurement operations.
