Job Description

Are you an experienced Procurement Coordinator looking to join an exciting and rapidly growing company? CB2 is the perfect place for you! We are in search of an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Operations team as a Procurement Coordinator.In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement of goods and services for the company. You will need to develop relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and maintain accurate records. With your enthusiasm and attention to detail, you will help CB2 keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently.We are looking for a Procurement Coordinator with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, experience in a similar role, and a strong understanding of the procurement process. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure the company gets the best pricing and service.
  2. Negotiate contracts and maintain accurate records of all procurement activities.
  3. Act as a liaison between vendors and the company to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  4. Research and analyze pricing, delivery terms, and other factors to determine optimal vendor selection.
  5. Monitor and track vendor performance to ensure compliance with terms and conditions of contracts.
  6. Ensure all procurement activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  7. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely replenishment of supplies.
  8. Prepare and review purchase orders and invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  9. Manage and resolve any vendor disputes or discrepancies.
  10. Work with other departments to identify and address procurement needs.
