Job Description

At CB2, we are looking for an experienced and driven HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. Our ideal candidate has a passion for HR and a knack for problem-solving, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on recruitment, training, and compliance. We require a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, as well as a valid certification in Human Resources, such as SHRM or PHR.We are looking for an individual who is highly organized, responsible, and committed to staying up-to-date with the latest HR trends. The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. We need someone who is eager to take on challenges and help the company achieve its goals.

Responsibilities:

  1. Recruit, hire, and onboard new staff members.
  2. Administer job postings, interviews, and background checks.
  3. Develop training and onboarding programs for new hires.
  4. Assist in creating and enforcing policies and procedures.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel and payroll records.
  6. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  7. Establish and maintain relationships with external partners.
  8. Monitor employee performance and provide assistance with disciplinary action.
  9. Assist in the development and implementation of employee benefits and recognition programs.
  10. Support the HR team in daily operations.
