1. Receive and process incoming orders from customers accurately and efficiently.
2. Pick and pack orders with attention to detail and quality control.
3. Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, to move and organize products.
4. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
5. Ensure all safety protocols are followed while handling products and operating equipment.
6. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
7. Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
8. Assist with inventory counts and audits as needed.
9. Communicate with other departments to coordinate the timely delivery of products.
10. Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
11. Follow all company policies and procedures.
12. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and increase efficiency.
13. Train and mentor new warehouse associates as needed.
14. Adhere to all quality standards and regulations.
15. Work independently and as part of a team to accomplish warehouse goals.
16. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
