Warehouse Associate (1st and 2nd Shifts)

1. Receive and process incoming shipments of products, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
2. Prepare and package outgoing orders according to company standards.
3. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to safely transport and store products.
4. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, including proper storage and labeling of products.
5. Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders and meet daily production goals.
6. Conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies or issues to management.
7. Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
8. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding any issues or concerns.
9. Continuously strive to improve warehouse processes and efficiency.
10. Attend training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
11. Comply with all company policies and procedures.
12. Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic in all tasks.
13. Take initiative to help out in different areas of the warehouse as needed.
14. Keep track of and report any damaged or defective products.
15. Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
