  3. Continuously improve and optimize simulation processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  4. Conduct thorough testing and validation of simulation models to ensure functionality and reliability.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest simulation technologies and tools, and propose their implementation to enhance our processes.
  6. Troubleshoot and solve complex simulation issues to ensure smooth functioning of models.
  7. Provide technical expertise and support to other team members and stakeholders.
  8. Mentor and guide junior simulation engineers to improve their skills and knowledge.
  9. Participate in project planning and strategy development to ensure timely and successful completion of simulation development tasks.
  10. Adhere to all company and industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols in simulation development.
  11. Contribute to the development and maintenance of simulation development guidelines and best practices.
  12. Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of simulation processes to identify areas for improvement.
  13. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates, progress reports, and recommendations.
  14. Proactively identify and address potential risks and issues in simulation development.
  15. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to integrate their simulation tools and models into our processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Simulation Development: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Developing Simulation Models And Software, Preferably In The Construction Or Heavy Equipment Industry.

  • Strong Technical Skills: A Senior Simulation Development Engineer Should Have A Strong Background In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field. They Should Be Proficient In Programming Languages Such As C++, Java, And Python, And Have A Good Understanding Of Simulation Software Like Simulink, Ansys, Or Adams.

  • Knowledge Of Advanced Simulation Techniques: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Advanced Simulation Techniques Such As Finite Element Analysis, Multi-Body Dynamics, And Computational Fluid Dynamics. They Should Be Able To Apply These Techniques To Develop Accurate And Reliable Simulation Models.

  • Leadership And Project Management Skills: As A Senior Engineer, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Simulation Developers And Managing Projects From Conception To Completion.
