Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Or Industrial Engineering: A Senior Manager - Manufacturing Engineering At Caterpillar Should Possess A Strong Educational Background In Engineering, With A Focus On Mechanical Or Industrial Engineering. This Provides The Necessary Knowledge And Skills To Understand And Manage The Manufacturing Processes At Caterpillar.
