- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to optimize battery control system performance.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to battery controls and provide timely resolutions.
- Utilize advanced engineering tools and techniques to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of battery control systems.
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and incorporate them into the development and validation process.
- Lead and mentor junior engineers in the Battery Controls and Validation department.
- Ensure that all designs and processes comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
- Participate in design reviews, testing, and validation processes to ensure high-quality and reliable battery control systems.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, test reports, and design documents.
- Continuously monitor and improve battery control systems through data analysis and testing.
- Collaborate with suppliers and other external partners to source components and materials for battery control systems.
- Act as a subject matter expert for battery controls and validation, providing guidance and support to other teams and departments.

Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Battery Controls And Validation, Preferably In The Automotive Or Heavy Equipment Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Battery Management Systems, Battery Testing And Validation Processes, And Battery Performance Analysis.
Proficient In Relevant Software And Tools Such As Matlab, Simulink, And Canalyzer.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Environment.
