Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Engineering Roles, Preferably In The Construction Or Heavy Equipment Industry.
Strong Technical Knowledge And Understanding Of Engineering Principles And Practices.
Experience With Project Management And Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams.
