  10. Stay updated on industry trends: Stay informed about industry trends and changes in the market to provide valuable insights to the sales team.
  11. Represent the company: Act as a representative of the company and maintain a positive image in all interactions with customers, stakeholders, and partners.

  13. Continuously improve processes: Identify opportunities for process improvements and make recommendations to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the sales support function.
  14. Communicate effectively: Communicate clearly and effectively with all stakeholders, including customers, sales team, and cross-functional teams.
  15. Demonstrate strong leadership skills: Lead by example, demonstrate strong leadership skills, and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Sales Support Or Customer Service Role

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills

  • Knowledge Of The Heavy Equipment Industry And Experience Working With Caterpillar Products Preferred.
