- Develop and implement effective sales enablement strategies to support the global sales teams in achieving their targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in the sales process and develop solutions to address them.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and trends, and incorporate these insights into sales enablement strategies.
- Create and deliver training programs to equip the sales team with the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed.
- Develop and maintain sales enablement tools and resources, such as playbooks, presentations, and training materials.
- Monitor and track the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales enablement to continuously improve and innovate our processes.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to drive business growth and meet or exceed targets.
- Provide guidance and support to sales managers and representatives on sales enablement practices and processes.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales enablement strategies with overall business and marketing objectives.
- Evaluate and manage sales enablement budgets and resources effectively.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales leaders, to understand their needs and provide support.
- Act as a liaison between sales and other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Represent Caterpillar at industry events and conferences to network and promote our products and services.
- Embody the Caterpillar culture and values in all interactions and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Enablement, Sales Training, Or Sales Operations.
Strong Understanding Of Sales Processes And Best Practices, As Well As Experience With Sales Technology And Tools.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Sales Effectiveness And Revenue Growth In A Complex B2B Environment.
