  1. Lead and manage various programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing the customer experience at Caterpillar.
  2. Develop and implement strategies for improving the overall customer journey.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize customer needs and pain points.
  4. Define program objectives, scope, and timelines, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  5. Monitor and track program progress and provide regular updates to senior management.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Customer Experience Or Program Management Roles.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale Customer Experience Initiatives.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders.

  • Experience In Project Management Methodologies, Such As Agile Or Six Sigma.

  • Knowledge Of The Heavy Equipment Industry And Customer Needs In Order To Effectively Drive Customer Experience Improvements.
