Bachelor's Degree In Business, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
5+ Years Of Experience In Project Or Program Management, Preferably In The Heavy Equipment Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage Cross-Functional Teams.
Extensive Knowledge Of Project Management Methodologies, Tools, And Techniques.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Stakeholders At All Levels.
