  1. Lead and manage cross-functional teams to successfully execute strategic initiatives and achieve business objectives.

  4. Monitor and report on program progress, including budget, timeline, and key performance indicators.

  7. Communicate program updates and progress to senior leadership and other relevant stakeholders.
  8. Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of programs and make recommendations for improvements.
  9. Utilize project management tools and methodologies to ensure efficient and effective program execution.
  10. Mentor and coach team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and growth within the organization.
  12. Represent Caterpillar in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • 5+ Years Of Experience In Project Or Program Management, Preferably In The Heavy Equipment Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Project Management Methodologies, Tools, And Techniques.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Stakeholders At All Levels.
