  1. Provide technical support and guidance to customers and dealer network on product issues and inquiries.
  2. Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns and complaints to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve product support processes and procedures.
  4. Train and mentor team members on product knowledge and customer service skills.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address product issues and improve overall customer experience.
  6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  7. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and dealers to understand their needs and expectations.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in product support to continuously improve processes and services.
  10. Oversee the budget and resources for the product support department to ensure efficient operations.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies and standards in all aspects of product support.
  12. Represent the company and communicate effectively with customers and dealers at events and meetings.
  13. Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely and satisfactory resolutions.
  14. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to product support and make recommendations for improvement.
  15. Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement cross-functional initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.
