- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure product design and specifications meet cost and quality requirements.
- Monitor and track supplier performance, addressing any issues or concerns that arise.
- Participate in supplier audits and evaluations to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage project timelines and budget for product development and sourcing.
- Communicate with stakeholders and provide regular updates on project progress and any potential risks or issues.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and cost savings within the procurement process.

- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and ethical standards.
Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Product Procurement Or Supply Chain Management.
Strong Knowledge Of Manufacturing Processes And Materials Used In Heavy Equipment Industry.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills To Effectively Work With Suppliers And Internal Teams.
Ability To Analyze And Interpret Technical Drawings And Specifications For Product Components.
