- Oversee the development and implementation of new product and process launch plans.
- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of new products and processes.
- Develop and maintain project timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure quality standards are met.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any potential issues.
- Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize the NPI process.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Act as a subject matter expert on NPI processes, providing guidance and support to team members.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status and performance.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project success.
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively.
- Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the NPI team.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to NPI processes.

Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Business, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Engineering Environment.
Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Manage Cross-Functional Teams.
