  1. Oversee the development and implementation of new product and process launch plans.
  2. Manage cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of new products and processes.
  3. Develop and maintain project timelines and budgets.
  4. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure quality standards are met.
  5. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any potential issues.
  6. Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize the NPI process.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  9. Act as a subject matter expert on NPI processes, providing guidance and support to team members.
  10. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status and performance.
  11. Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project success.
  12. Manage project budgets and resources effectively.
  13. Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the NPI team.
  14. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to NPI processes.
  15. Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  16. Drive a culture of safety and quality within the organization.

Job Qualifications
