- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast material needs and identify potential risks or shortages.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Utilize supply chain management principles to optimize material availability and minimize costs.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory levels and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
- Communicate with production teams and management to provide updates on material availability and potential impacts on production schedules.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve material availability and reduce lead times.
- Monitor and track material usage and identify areas for improvement or cost savings.
- Utilize data and reports to identify trends and make informed decisions regarding material sourcing and allocation.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in supply chain management to continuously improve processes and procedures.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Or Materials Management.
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Inventory Management Systems.
