  1. Develop and implement testing plans and procedures for new and existing Caterpillar vehicles to ensure optimal performance and quality.
  2. Collaborate with design and development teams to identify potential areas for improvement and assist in developing solutions.
  3. Conduct thorough and accurate testing of vehicles, including collecting and analyzing data, and providing detailed reports.
  4. Utilize various testing equipment and techniques to evaluate vehicle performance and identify any potential issues.
  5. Continuously monitor and evaluate testing processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Work closely with production teams to ensure vehicles meet all necessary specifications and standards.
  7. Troubleshoot and address any issues that arise during testing, and provide recommendations for resolution.
  8. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source and evaluate new testing equipment and technologies.
  9. Maintain accurate records of all testing activities and results, and ensure proper documentation and reporting.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and trends in vehicle testing and implement new and innovative techniques as appropriate.
  11. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while conducting testing activities.
  12. Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians in testing procedures and techniques.
  13. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to provide updates on testing progress and results.
  14. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall vehicle performance and quality.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Vehicle Testing And Validation
