  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and develop solutions to improve service delivery.
  4. Monitor and analyze service delivery metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in digital technology to ensure Caterpillar remains at the forefront of service delivery.
  6. Lead and oversee the implementation of new digital service initiatives and projects.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to digital service delivery.
  8. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the digital service delivery team.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
  10. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance of the digital service delivery team.
  11. Train and mentor team members to develop their skills and enhance their performance.
  12. Manage budget and resources effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
  13. Represent Caterpillar at industry events and conferences to promote our digital service capabilities.
  14. Ensure customer satisfaction by exceeding service delivery expectations and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
