  1. Develop and implement strategies to optimize the supply chain operations and improve overall efficiency.
  2. Oversee and manage all aspects of logistics operations, including transportation, inventory management, and warehousing.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
  4. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  5. Manage and negotiate contracts with logistics service providers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality of services.
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to logistics operations.
  7. Hire, train, and manage a team of logistics professionals to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as suppliers, vendors, and customers.
  9. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and improvement in logistics operations.
  11. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to provide updates, reports, and recommendations on logistics operations.
  12. Handle any issues or challenges that arise during the course of operations and implement solutions to resolve them.
  13. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the logistics team.
  14. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all logistics operations.
  15. Participate in budget planning and monitor expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Logistics Operations, With At Least 2 Years In A Supervisory Or Management Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Supply Chain Processes, Including Inventory Management, Transportation, And Warehousing.

  • Proficient In Using Logistics Software, Such As Enterprise Resource Planning (Erp) Systems And Transportation Management Systems (Tms).

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Departments.
