  1. Lead and manage a team of talented analysts to drive business intelligence initiatives and support critical decision making.
  2. Develop and implement innovative strategies for data collection, analysis, and reporting to support overall business goals and objectives.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and provide analytical solutions.
  4. Utilize advanced analytical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will drive business growth and improve efficiency.
  5. Develop and maintain data models and visualizations to effectively communicate complex data to stakeholders.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the organization's business intelligence capabilities.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and provide regular updates on business intelligence initiatives.
  8. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through regular data audits and quality checks.
  9. Train and mentor junior analysts to improve their technical and analytical skills.
  10. Identify and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance business intelligence processes and capabilities.
  11. Develop and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for business intelligence processes.
  12. Represent the organization at industry events and conferences to promote our business intelligence capabilities.
  13. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data infrastructure and systems are optimized for efficient data collection and analysis.
  14. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to data security protocols.
  15. Lead and participate in cross-functional projects to support business growth and continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, Or Data Warehousing.

  • Proficiency In Sql, Statistical Analysis, And Data Visualization Tools Such As Tableau Or Power Bi.

  • Strong Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Lead A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Departments.

  • Experience Working With Large Datasets And Complex Data Structures In A Corporate Or Manufacturing Environment.
