  • Manage and process various HR operations, including but not limited to employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, and leave management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations
  • Serve as the main point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR operations and processes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and data in HR systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to ensure seamless and timely execution of HR processes
  • Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and programs
  • Participate in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR operations to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion and professionalism.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • 3-5 Years Of Experience In Human Resources Operations, Including Payroll, Benefits Administration, And Hris Management.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Labor Laws And Regulations.

  • Proven Ability To Handle Confidential Information With Discretion And Professionalism.
