  1. Develop and implement labor relations strategies and policies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Establish and maintain positive relationships with labor unions and employee representatives.
  3. Provide guidance and counsel to management on labor relations issues, including contract negotiations, grievances, and collective bargaining.
  4. Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in labor relations.
  5. Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
  6. Develop and maintain effective communication channels between employees and management.
  7. Develop and implement training programs for managers and employees on labor relations policies and procedures.
  8. Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances related to labor relations.
  9. Work closely with cross-functional teams to address any labor-related issues and find solutions.
  10. Monitor and analyze labor relations data to identify areas of improvement and make recommendations for change.
  11. Partner with recruitment and retention teams to ensure a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  12. Collaborate with legal counsel on labor-related matters and represent the company in legal proceedings, if necessary.
  13. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on labor relations activities and performance.
  14. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
  15. Stay up-to-date on industry and market trends to identify potential opportunities for improvement in the company's labor relations practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Labor Laws And Regulations.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Labor Relations, Preferably In A Manufacturing Environment.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Union Representatives And Employees.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Implementing Effective Labor Relations Strategies, Including Contract Negotiations And Grievance Resolution.
