Job Description

  1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent to the organization.
  2. Facilitate the hiring process by conducting interviews, reference checks, and negotiating job offers.
  3. Coordinate and manage onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with universities, job fairs, and other recruitment events to promote the company and attract potential candidates.
  5. Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions that attract the right candidates.
  6. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  7. Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  8. Maintain and update employee records and ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures.
  9. Collaborate with other HR team members to improve and streamline HR processes and procedures.
  10. Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing any concerns or issues and working to create and maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  11. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human resources to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent.
  12. Conduct exit interviews and provide insights and recommendations to management on ways to improve employee retention.
  13. Manage and maintain employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
  14. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for the company and promote a positive employer brand through various channels.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Hr, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Industrial Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations, Including Eeo And Ada.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Experience With Hris Systems And Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite.
