Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Hr Role, With At Least 2 Years In A Business Partner Or Strategic Hr Role
Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Strategies Aligned With Company Objectives
Strong Understanding Of Employment Laws And Regulations, With The Ability To Ensure Compliance And Mitigate Risk For The Company
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Various Stakeholders Across The Organization.
