  1. Oversee and manage the company's fleet of vehicles and equipment, ensuring they are maintained and operated efficiently and effectively.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans for fleet management, including cost reduction initiatives and process improvements.
  3. Monitor and analyze fleet performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.
  4. Maintain accurate records of fleet inventory, maintenance, and expenses, regularly reporting to upper management.
  5. Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance and repairs of fleet vehicles and equipment.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and other business partners.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in fleet management, incorporating them into the company's operations as needed.
  8. Train and supervise a team of fleet technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work and adherence to safety protocols.
  9. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement fleet management solutions for clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  10. Proactively identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to minimize disruptions in fleet operations.
  11. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to fleet management, including safety and environmental regulations.
  12. Participate in budget planning and forecasting, providing insights and recommendations for optimizing fleet operations and reducing costs.
  13. Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders, promptly addressing any concerns or issues related to fleet operations.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and improvement in fleet management practices, staying updated on new technologies and innovations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Logistics, Or A Related Field.
