  1. Lead the development and implementation of new electronic components and systems for Caterpillar products.
  2. Oversee the NPI process from concept to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  4. Manage and monitor project budgets, resources, and risks.
  5. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in the NPI process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring high-quality and cost-effective solutions.
  7. Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.
  8. Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  9. Stay current on industry trends and advancements in electronic technology to inform decision-making and drive innovation.
  10. Act as a liaison between engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the development and launch of new products.
  12. Identify and address any issues or roadblocks that may arise during the NPI process.
  13. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the NPI team.
  14. Represent Caterpillar at industry events and conferences to promote our NPI capabilities and showcase our innovative products.
  15. Drive a culture of safety and quality in all NPI activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In New Product Introduction (Npi) In The Electronics Industry

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With Experience Leading Cross-Functional Teams

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Electronics Manufacturing Processes And Quality Control Systems

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Global Teams And Suppliers.
