Job Description

Collaboration across multiple engineering, product, and marketing teams on the development of digital content strategies and execution. Participate as a core member of product/feature development teams to define technical content, functional content, and training content needs. Authoring of technical and functional content for digital equipment management solutions. Development of training content for new and existing products in multiple media formats including web-based knowledge articles, FAQ documents, how-to guides, videos, virtual learning webinars, etc. Delivery of instructor-led and virtual training to internal field facing teams. Own and develop writing guidelines and standards for training, support, help content, and digital product copy. Direct accountability for increasing competencies related to support, sales, and use of digital products through the digital reference and training content.

Job Qualifications
  • 4 years of technical and/or functional content authoring experience or other equivalent job experiences.

  • 4 years of experience in IoT, digital, and/or equipment management products, product applications, and services

  • Experience in the development and delivery of digital/technology training content
