  11. Maintain accurate documentation of design processes and changes.
  12. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to present design proposals and progress updates.
  13. Demonstrate a strong commitment to meeting project deadlines and delivering high-quality designs.
  14. Proactively identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Design Engineering, Preferably In The Heavy Equipment Industry.

  • Proficiency In Cad Software, Such As Solidworks Or Autocad.

  • Strong Understanding Of Engineering Principles And Ability To Use Mathematical And Analytical Methods To Solve Complex Problems.

  • Experience With Project Management, Including The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Meet Deadlines.
