  11. Participate in testing and validation of designs to ensure quality and functionality.
  12. Mentor and guide junior engineers in design principles and best practices.
  13. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source materials and components for designs.
  14. Adhere to project timelines and budget constraints.
  15. Contribute to a positive and innovative work culture by sharing ideas, providing constructive feedback, and promoting continuous learning.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field

  • Proficiency In Cad Software, Such As Solidworks Or Autocad

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Design Engineering, Preferably Within The Heavy Machinery Industry

  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Analyze And Interpret Technical Data

  • Familiarity With Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As Iso And Ansi, And Ability To Ensure Designs Meet These Requirements.
