- Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity training programs for employees at all levels of the organization.
- Monitor and analyze potential cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities, and create strategies to mitigate risk.
- Conduct regular assessments of the company's cybersecurity measures, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations for enhancements.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure that cybersecurity protocols and procedures are consistently followed.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging technologies in cybersecurity to continuously improve the company's security measures.
- Train employees on how to identify and respond to potential security breaches, such as phishing attacks or malware.
- Educate employees on the importance of data security and the potential consequences of a data breach.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and industry experts to stay informed on the latest cybersecurity trends and threats.
- Create and maintain documentation related to cybersecurity policies, procedures, and training materials.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the company's cybersecurity training program to ensure its effectiveness and relevance.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Cybersecurity, Risk Management, Or A Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of Network Security Protocols And Systems.
Experience In Conducting Training And Educating Employees On Cybersecurity Best Practices.
Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As Nist, Iso, And Gdpr.
