
Cybersecurity Learning Analyst

In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security of our systems and data by designing and delivering effective learning programs for our employees. - Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity training programs for employees to ensure the protection of company systems and data.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest cybersecurity threats and trends to continually improve and update training materials.
- Collaborate with the IT and security teams to identify areas of vulnerability and develop targeted training solutions.
- Utilize adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to create engaging and effective training content.
- Facilitate training sessions for employees at all levels, including new hires, to ensure a strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
- Monitor and track employee participation and completion of cybersecurity training programs.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of training programs to measure effectiveness and make necessary improvements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on cybersecurity training, providing guidance and support to other team members and departments.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including IT and security teams, to ensure alignment and collaboration on cybersecurity initiatives.
- Continuously seek out new and innovative ways to enhance the company's cybersecurity training program and overall security posture.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Or Related Field.
At Least 2 Years Of Experience In A Cybersecurity Or Information Security Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Cybersecurity Concepts, Tools, And Techniques.
Experience With Analyzing Data And Identifying Trends In Cybersecurity Incidents.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively And Independently.
