  1. Oversee and manage Caterpillar's global real estate portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and identifying opportunities for optimization and cost savings.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic real estate initiatives.
  3. Conduct financial analysis and utilize data to inform real estate decisions and support business cases.
  4. Negotiate and manage lease agreements, property purchases, and other real estate transactions.
