  1. Develop and implement effective commercial sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of commercial sales representatives, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their sales targets.
  3. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to identify new business opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and competitive landscape, and use this information to make informed business decisions.
  5. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company objectives.
  6. Monitor and analyze sales metrics and use data to make data-driven decisions to improve sales performance.
  7. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Caterpillar's products and services, as well as the needs and pain points of our target customers.
  8. Stay updated on industry developments and trends to anticipate potential challenges and opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  9. Represent Caterpillar at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local and international regulations.
  11. Mentor and coach team members to enhance their sales skills and develop their careers within the company.
  12. Continuously strive for excellence and drive a culture of continuous improvement within the commercial sales team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Business Development, Preferably In The Commercial Sector.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth.
