  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve business objectives.

  8. Manage sales budgets and track performance against targets, providing regular reports and updates to senior management.
  9. Represent Caterpillar at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and services and network with potential customers.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Sales Experience: A Successful Commercial Sales Manager At Caterpillar Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In B2B Sales, Preferably In The Heavy Equipment Or Construction Industry. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.
