  1. Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support decision-making across various departments and business units.
  2. Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports to track KPIs and identify trends.

  4. Utilize a variety of tools and techniques to extract and manipulate data from multiple sources.

  9. Provide training and support to end-users on how to effectively use and interpret data.
  10. Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular audits and quality checks.
  11. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business intelligence strategies and make recommendations for improvements.
  12. Adhere to company data governance policies and procedures.
  13. Proactively identify potential data issues and troubleshoot them in a timely manner.
  14. Participate in the development and implementation of new business intelligence tools and technologies.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert on data and analytics, providing guidance and support to colleagues and stakeholders.
