  1. Conduct data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for various business initiatives.
  3. Utilize various data analysis tools and techniques to develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders.
  4. Identify and recommend areas for improvement and optimization based on data analysis.
  5. Develop and maintain data models, databases, and data systems to support business intelligence needs.
  6. Communicate complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
  7. Monitor and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of business strategies and initiatives.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence.
  9. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
  10. Train and educate team members on data analysis tools and techniques.
  11. Proactively identify and troubleshoot data issues and provide solutions.
  12. Contribute to the continuous improvement of data processes and systems.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data privacy and security.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert on data analysis and business intelligence within the organization.
  15. Support ad-hoc data analysis requests from stakeholders to support business decisions.
  16. Continuously strive to identify opportunities to improve business processes and drive efficiency through data analysis.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Data Analysis, Data Modeling, And Business Intelligence Tools Such As Tableau, Power Bi, Or Qlik.

  • Strong Understanding Of Database Management Systems (Sql, Oracle, Etc.) And Proficiency In Data Manipulation And Sql Queries.

  • Proven Experience In Developing Data Visualizations And Dashboards To Present Complex Data In A Clear And Concise Manner.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Analyze Large Datasets To Identify Trends And Insights That Support Business Decision Making.
