Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Battery Electric Vehicle Manufacturing.
Strong Understanding Of Battery Technology, Including Battery Management Systems, Charging Systems, And Safety Protocols.
Experience With Project Management, Including Developing Project Timelines, Managing Budgets, And Coordinating With Cross-Functional Teams.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues In A Fast-Paced Manufacturing Environment.
