Warehouse Lead

We’re looking for a Warehouse Lead to join our team at Catalent and become a key player in ensuring the efficient and accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of products.The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for providing exceptional customer service. We’re looking for a leader who can bring their enthusiasm and positive energy to the warehouse and inspire our team to reach their goals.The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of warehouse experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring the efficient and accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of products.
2. Supervise warehouse personnel, delegate tasks, and ensure all employees are working safely and efficiently.
3. Establish and maintain processes and procedures related to warehouse operations.
4. Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy of inventory records.
5. Develop and implement strategies for improving warehouse processes and customer service.
6. Ensure warehouse is compliant with all applicable safety regulations.
7. Train and develop new warehouse personnel.
8. Manage and resolve customer service issues.
9. Maintain and repair warehouse equipment.
10. Track and analyze warehouse KPIs.
